Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible individuals, providing expert guidance tailored to each client's needs.
- Assist clients in evaluating and enrolling in suitable Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plans using the company’s digital tools.
- Complete and submit electronic applications (e-apps) in accordance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance requirements, accurately updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on pending business to maximize placement rates and secure renewals for long-term client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service roles.
- Comfortable multitasking and navigating multiple online platforms while maintaining excellent communication with clients.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to set and surpass personal performance targets.
- Resides in the U.S. and is legally authorized to work as an independent contractor.
Schedule, Tools, and Support
- Work Hours: Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm in your local time zone, with additional evening and Saturday options to increase lead flow and earning potential.
- Resources Provided: Access to a steady stream of inbound leads, national carrier contracts, an integrated e-app platform, CRM, compliance support, errors and omissions (E&O) coverage, and timely weekly direct-deposit payments.
