Image Annotator Job DescriptionIDR is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Image Annotator to join the image processing team on a long-term contract basis. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of images stored within our client’s image database. As an Image Annotator, you will be responsible for validating, reviewing, and annotating images to maintain high quality and data integrity for diverse projects. This is a full-time opportunity based in Fort Worth, TX, ideal for individuals who excel in structured environments and possess a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities- Carefully review images uploaded to the image database to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
- Annotate images using specialized software and tools as required by project specifications.
- Perform data validation and comparison tasks to confirm the correctness and consistency of image-related information.
- Document findings, discrepancies, and errors clearly and accurately for database updates or escalation to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain the quality standards and meet productivity targets.
- Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for reporting and record-keeping.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices, tools, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, for data management and reporting tasks.
- Experience in data validation, data comparison, or quality control is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established protocols for image annotation and validation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy standards.
