As an HVAC Technician (Journeyman, EPA Certified Preferred), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive efficient, reliable, and courteous service. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating with the team to prepare for scheduled jobs, maintaining professionalism in client interactions, and following all company policies regarding safety and training. You will be responsible for maintaining your assigned company vehicle and actively participating in required meetings and ongoing training sessions.
This position requires not only technical expertise but also strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be expected to use mobile devices for job tracking and communication, pay close attention to detail when reporting to coordinators or clients, and effectively manage a variety of customer service scenarios. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential for success in this role.
Physical capability is important for an HVAC Technician (Journeyman, EPA Certified Preferred). You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, working on your feet or knees for extended periods, and operating in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces. You will also need to be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions as part of your daily responsibilities.
We are looking for candidates who hold a current HVAC Journeyman license and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ideally, you will have 3-4 years of experience in the HVAC field, although candidates with at least one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. EPA Universal Certification is highly desirable and will be considered a plus. Strong verbal communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and a commitment to teamwork are also required for this position.
