As an HVAC Technician (Installer/Service) – HVAC/R, you will be responsible for both routine and complex tasks, spanning preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC systems. HVAC Technician (Installer/Service) – HVAC/R Summary- Hybrid position involving both installation and service of HVAC systems

- Perform comprehensive HVAC service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems
- Install and replace HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and associated components
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
- Support both service and installation projects as needed by the company
- Diagnose and service commercial HVAC equipment when required
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding system issues, solutions, and services performed
- Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation, service records, and materials tracking
- Work independently in the field while collaborating with the Eagle Pipe Heating & Air team
- Deliver high-quality work meeting all code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company standards

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional HVAC installation, service, or a combination of both
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of HVAC system issues
- Demonstrated experience installing and servicing residential HVAC systems
- Comfort working across both service and installation projects
- Commercial HVAC experience is highly preferred
- Proficient understanding of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment
- Independence and sound decision-making skills in field situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear customer interactions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Dependable, professional attitude with a commitment to quality and safety
