HVAC Service Technician (EPA Certified) - Summary- Deliver high-quality HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation services for both residential and commercial clients.
- Represent Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating with professionalism and integrity at every job site.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, and related ductwork.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment to optimize performance and longevity.
- Install new HVAC systems and components as required, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding system issues, recommended repairs, and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Complete accurate documentation of all service calls, repairs, and installations, ensuring all paperwork is thorough and up to date.
- Follow company protocols for customer service, safety, and quality assurance.
