- At least 3 years of experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician
- Required EPA certification for handling refrigerants
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in HVAC systems
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening
- Demonstrates dependability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
- Experienced HVAC Service Technician with a strong track record in residential service
