- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and system issues efficiently
- Complete thorough service documentation and work orders
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding system performance and repair recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and uphold company standards
- Stay informed about the latest industry technologies and best practices
- Support other branches during high-demand periods, as needed, with occasional travel

- Universal EPA Certification required
