- Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures using a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
- Complete accurate service documentation, work orders, and reports for all service calls.
- Communicate professionally with customers, offering clear explanations and recommendations regarding repairs and system performance.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet project goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Stay current with industry advancements, best practices, and new technologies to maintain expert-level knowledge.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Travel occasionally to support other company branches as business needs require.

- Universal EPA Certification is required.

- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in diagnosing complex system issues.
