- Service complex equipment such as rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues efficiently and accurately.
- Perform preventative maintenance and comprehensive system inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems, minimizing downtime for clients.
- Complete detailed and accurate service documentation and work orders for every assignment.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding repairs, recommendations, and system performance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project goals and deliver superior service.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and new technologies.
- Support other SRV branches as needed during periods of high demand, with occasional travel required.
