- Service rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, rooftop units, and related equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance and detailed system inspections
- Resolve equipment failures with efficiency and accuracy
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and system performance

- 2-3 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service, specifically in refrigeration systems
- Universal EPA Certification is required
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
