HVAC/R Service Technician (EPA Certified) - Summary- Full-time role focused on installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Service a variety of equipment, including rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units
- Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver exceptional customer service and technical solutions

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Install and service equipment such as rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units
- Perform preventative maintenance and detailed system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues to ensure optimal performance
- Complete accurate and timely service documentation and work orders
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and equipment status
- Work independently and efficiently manage assigned service calls
- Stay informed about new technologies, equipment, and best practices in the HVAC/R field
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of service
- Provide occasional support to other branches as needed, including travel when required

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC/R service and repair
- Universal EPA Certification required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
- Experienced HVAC/R technician with a proven track record in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning
- Holds an active Universal EPA Certification
- Demonstrates strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Values high-quality work and customer satisfaction
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
