The HVAC/R Installer position involves installing, maintaining, and servicing a variety of commercial HVAC/R equipment. This critical role ensures that our clients receive reliable and efficient climate control solutions for their businesses. As an HVAC/R Installer, you will handle installation tasks for a range of equipment types, including refrigeration systems, reach-in and walk-in coolers, ice machines, air-conditioning units, furnaces, and related mechanical systems. You will also have the opportunity to participate in service work and planned maintenance, contributing to the ongoing satisfaction of our clients.

HVAC/R Installer - Summary- Responsible for installing and servicing commercial HVAC/R equipment, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Work with a variety of systems including refrigeration units, walk-ins, reach-ins, air conditioners, furnaces, and ice machines.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on growth, reliability, and quality workmanship.
- Opportunities available for candidates at all experience levels, from apprentice to journeyman.
- Install and start up commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, reach-in units, and ice machines.
- Set up and configure air conditioning units, furnaces, make-up air units, and related mechanical systems.
- Perform service work and planned maintenance as required, including troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC/R equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of service.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled, ensuring timely response to client needs outside of standard working hours.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
