Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on a variety of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless systems.
- Complete all VIP membership tune-ups in accordance with company checklists and industry standards, ensuring optimal system performance and safety.
- Inspect, clean, and test system components such as filters, coils, electrical connections, and overall system operations to guarantee efficient and safe function.
- Identify and document wear-and-tear, safety concerns, and potential failure points using field service software, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all findings.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding recommended repairs, upgrades, or potential issues, offering education on system health without using high-pressure tactics.
- Collaborate with dispatch and other team members to provide real-time updates on job status, time tracking, material usage, and job completion details for accurate reporting.
- Support recurring service agreements and VIP membership programs by performing related maintenance visits and educating customers on the value and benefits of membership renewal.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering professional, friendly, and informative service during every visit, reinforcing the company’s commitment to quality and reliability.
- Assist in identifying expired, expiring, or lapsed memberships and initiate communication with customers to support membership retention initiatives.
- Ensure all job information is thorough and complete to support follow-up, payroll, and reporting requirements, contributing to efficient operational processes.
Salary & Benefits
- Compensation is structured with an hourly rate during the training period, typically 60 days, followed by performance-based pay.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in HVAC maintenance or service is preferred, with a strong emphasis on the ability to perform routine system inspections and tune-ups.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for educating clients and building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency with tablets and field service software; experience with ServiceTitan is considered a plus.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong time management and self-motivation.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record as required by company policy.
