- Contribute to the installation and transition of homes from fossil fuels to heat pump solutions.
- Leverage your expertise in HVAC systems to support the clean energy transition.

- Execute complete heat pump system installations, including removal of existing gas furnaces and air conditioning units.
- Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and accurate charging in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Prepare installation spaces thoroughly, ensuring clean and organized work areas.
- Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to ensure precise and compliant installations.
- Stay current with and adhere to local building codes and regulations, guaranteeing compliance on every project.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and leaving homeowners confident and satisfied with their new systems.
- Identify and resolve quality issues promptly, maintaining high standards for all installations.
- Maintain organized vehicles and warehouse spaces as part of daily routines.
- Collaborate with other installers and engineering teams to improve processes and elevate overall service quality.

- Significant hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation, including work in attics, crawlspaces, and challenging environments.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (required or in progress).
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and wiring schematics.
- Comprehensive understanding of local building codes and compliance requirements.
- Strong skills in refrigerant handling, including recovery, evacuation, and charging.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work without cutting corners.
- Professional, clear communication skills with both customers and team members.
- Problem-solving skills, especially when installations do not proceed as planned.
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in variable conditions.
- Experience with heat pumps or mini-splits is highly desirable; training is available for those committed to growth.
- Adherence to OSHA Electrical Standard and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
- Technically skilled and passionate about sustainable energy solutions.
