- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC system installation in residential and light commercial settings.
- Proficiency in ductwork, refrigeration piping, electrical connections, and complete system setup.
- EPA Universal certification preferred; NATE certification is a strong plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions as required by installation projects.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and overtime as needed to meet project timelines.
