The Human Resources Director (HR Director) plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing all human resources functions within a dynamic family medicine and urgent care practice. As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the full spectrum of human resources activities for a multi-provider, high-volume medical practice. The Human Resources Director provides strategic direction and hands-on management across a range of HR disciplines, including employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management. You will act as a trusted resource for leadership and employees, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively. The Human Resources Director is also responsible for maintaining accurate records, verifying payroll, and ensuring that all HR activities align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
In this role, the Human Resources Director will continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Human Resources Director (HR Director) - Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
