We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Analyst (iCIMS) to support our client’s human resources team in Atlanta, Georgia. This full-time position is ideal for HR professionals with a robust background in HR systems, data analytics, and project management, particularly those who have hands-on experience with the iCIMS platform. As an HRIS Analyst (iCIMS), you will play a pivotal role in driving the optimization and effectiveness of HR operations and processes within a large, collaborative organization. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HR system-related projects, ensuring seamless integration and implementation within the department.
- Utilize the iCIMS platform to enhance and streamline HR processes, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align HR systems with organizational objectives and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HRIS landscape, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within all HR information systems and related processes.
- Provide training and support to HR team members and other stakeholders on the effective use of the iCIMS platform and associated tools.
- Document and maintain up-to-date procedures and guidelines related to HRIS operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional HR experience, including exposure to HR data analytics.
- At least 2 years of direct experience with data analytics within the HR function.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage system-related projects, preferably within large organizations.
- Strong proficiency with the iCIMS platform, including configuration, reporting, and optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
