HRIS Analyst Job DescriptionIDR is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join a dynamic team on a full-time basis in Greensboro, NC. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and are skilled in leveraging technology to optimize HR functions. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient talent management, recruitment, and onboarding processes through technology-driven solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and refine strategies to enhance talent management, recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding using advanced HR technology tools and platforms.
- Provide comprehensive support for ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, and SAP, ensuring seamless integration and operation of HR technologies throughout the organization.
- Create and manage detailed reports and interactive dashboards that empower HR leadership to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess HR analytics requirements and deliver insightful ad hoc and scheduled reporting solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of data integrity by proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data errors or inconsistencies within HR systems.
- Regularly update and maintain data tables and reporting structures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR analytics and reporting tools.
- Work closely with People & Culture leaders, Information Technology Services (ITS), and Enterprise Analytics teams to maximize the value and capabilities of HRIS platforms.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in HRIS or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise with Workday, including recent hands-on experience supporting and optimizing this platform within a human resources environment.
- Proven experience in analyzing HR metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights for process and policy improvements.
- Skilled in collaborating with HR Business Analysts and other HR professionals to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs.
