HR Generalist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Support payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee compensation data.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties related to human resources as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and compliance preferred.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly ADP Workforce Now NextGen, highly desirable.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
