Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email, ensuring prompt and effective support.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and guide users through corrective steps to resolve a range of technical issues remotely.
- Document all requests and incidents accurately in the ticketing system, maintaining detailed records for future reference and analysis.
- Follow up with users to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the support provided, reinforcing a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the technical knowledge base by updating and creating documentation to assist users and team members.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a help desk or contact center environment, preferably supporting a range of users.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems to monitor, track, and resolve technical requests.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both non-technical end users and highly technical engineers.
