The Healthcare Revenue Cycle Supervisor oversees a team of Patient Account Representatives, ensuring that daily operations align with client requirements and compliance standards. You will be responsible for assigning tasks, tracking team and individual performance against key performance indicators, and maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy. As a leader, you will promote teamwork, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct training sessions to keep your team updated on best practices and procedural changes. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Supervisor - Summary- Lead and supervise teams focused on third-party accounts receivable and revenue cycle support.
- Ensure compliance with all client and organizational procedures and policies.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising staff in a healthcare revenue cycle setting, with a focus on third-party accounts receivable management.
- Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
