Healthcare Revenue Cycle Manager - Summary- Supervises a team of Patient Account Representatives I & II in delivering third-party A/R remediation and call center support.
- Ensures compliance with client-specific procedures and playbooks.
- Monitors and reports on individual and team performance metrics.
- Leads training, coaching, and continuing education initiatives.
- Participates in client meetings and provides insights on revenue cycle and denial management.
- Manage and oversee assigned staff, providing day-to-day supervision and guidance.
- Track and report on KPIs to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Ensure adherence to client Playbooks/Detailed Procedure Documents for compliance.
- Address staff questions, resolve escalated issues, and deliver constructive feedback.
- Facilitate and lead team training sessions and continuing education programs.
- Expand team knowledge in hospital and physician revenue cycle processes, especially in billing, follow-up, and account resolution.
- Maintain excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication with staff and clients.
- Advise clients on A/R issues and denial trends during meetings.

- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience supervising staff, with an emphasis on third-party A/R management.
- Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with leading industry revenue cycle management systems (Epic, Cerner, Invision, Soarian, McKesson, Allscripts, Meditech, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
