Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) for a full-time position in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on the diagnosis and surgical treatment of chronic pelvic pain, with an emphasis on endometriosis care. The Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) will play a critical part in delivering advanced, minimally invasive procedures that offer patients effective and comfortable alternatives to traditional pelvic pain treatments. As a key member of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, the selected candidate will contribute to both surgical practice and the organization’s public presence.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and surgically treat endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain conditions utilizing minimally invasive gynecological surgery (MIGS) techniques.
- Collaborate with a team of pelvic pain specialists, integrative nutritionists, and health coaches to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Perform non-robotic endometriosis surgeries and ensure high standards of patient safety and outcomes.
- Engage in professional development by staying current with advancements in MIGS and endometriosis care.
- Serve as a representative of the organization on social media platforms, promoting awareness and education about pelvic pain and endometriosis treatments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary case discussions.
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN).
- Completion of a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS).
- Active and unrestricted Texas medical license and DEA registration.
- A minimum of three years of post-fellowship experience in gynecologic surgery, with a focus on endometriosis and pelvic pain management.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing non-robotic minimally invasive procedures.
- Comfort with developing and maintaining a professional presence on social media platforms, including Facebook.

This is a full-time position in Dallas, TX, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekend or on-call requirements.
