Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing on mobile game and application platforms, following established test scenarios to uncover bugs and performance issues.
- Accurately document bugs, glitches, and user experience concerns with clear, actionable details to support timely resolution by technical teams.
- Collaborate with software developers and project managers to provide feedback and report issues, facilitating effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.
- Verify that all game features and functions perform as intended across a variety of devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring broad compatibility and accessibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining testing results, discovered issues, and recommendations for enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured guidelines and instructions within a fast-paced remote environment.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools, including communication, screen sharing, and bug tracking software.
- Familiarity with mobile gaming and application ecosystems, including experience navigating app stores and understanding app functionality.
- Preferred prior experience in quality assurance (QA), user testing, or a related field, though candidates with strong relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
