Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios on mobile and web platforms to identify and report interface issues.
- Document and report bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges with clear and concise descriptions, utilizing established bug-tracking tools and processes.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to communicate identified issues and provide actionable feedback for improved functionality and user satisfaction.
- Verify that software features and interfaces function correctly across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing outcomes, findings, and recommended enhancements for the development team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Comfortable navigating remote working tools and collaborating within a distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with mobile and web application ecosystems, with a strong understanding of software usability principles.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, UI/UX evaluation, or similar roles is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing activities.
