Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web-based gaming platforms, following established protocols and best practices.
- Carefully document any bugs, glitches, or user experience issues encountered during testing, providing clear and concise descriptions for each finding.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to communicate issues, share feedback, and contribute to the resolution of identified problems.
- Verify that all software features and functionalities operate consistently across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring broad compatibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing results, observations, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and processes.
- Comfort and competence with remote work tools, as well as familiarity with various app and web ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for remote software testing activities.
