• Support the agency team by collaborating with peers and contributing to a positive office environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license as required.
• Strong phone contact handling skills, including active listening and clear communication.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls to engage with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Patience, empathy, and effective communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to empathize with clients and advocate for their needs when necessary.
