Larry Poole - State Farm Agency is seeking a highly professional individual to join our team in a busy, clean office environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment with high walk-in and phone traffic, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills.
This is an in-office position working Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with appropriate business casual attire. All applicants must be able to commute to our agency location in Bossier City, LA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ask for additional products to enhance service offerings (service to sell)
- Manage and prioritize walk-in and phone inquiries efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide support to team members as needed
- Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for clients and staff
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service focused on service and retention.

Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty license must be obtained within 30 days of employment
- Life and Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong professionalism and work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus!
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
