As a key member of the front office team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences for every visitor and client. No prior insurance experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high satisfaction by responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries at the front office.
- Manage incoming calls, route inquiries, and address customer needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services and resolve customer questions or concerns.
- Handle customer complaints, identify solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution within established timeframes.
- Maintain and update records of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents as required by agency procedures.
- Support the office team with general administrative tasks and uphold daily operational standards.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills are essential for engaging with clients and responding to their needs.
- Comfortable making outbound calls as part of customer engagement and follow-up processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Patient, empathetic, and genuinely enthusiastic about assisting customers and peers.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to advocate for clients when necessary.
- Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn new office systems quickly.
- Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license, as required for certain responsibilities within the agency.
