Forklift Operator - Summary- Responsible for operating stand-up forklifts in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Ensures timely and accurate pulling and picking of orders to meet production KPIs.
- Contributes to overall warehouse efficiency and safety.
- Operate a stand-up forklift to safely and efficiently pick and move orders within the warehouse.
- Pull and pick orders as directed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Lifting items weighing up to 50-70 lbs as required by the workflow.
- Break down boxes and manage packaging materials for recycling or disposal.
- Meet or exceed daily production KPIs and maintain high standards of productivity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Contract-to-hire role with potential for a pay increase after 90 days of employment based on performance and attendance.
