UX Analyst – Fintech Job OverviewWe are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated UX Analyst – Fintech to join our remote team on a full-time basis. The core focus of this role is to evaluate and enhance the user experience of financial technology applications and platforms. As a UX Analyst – Fintech, you will play a key role in ensuring fintech products are intuitive, transparent, and effective for users navigating personal finance, banking, investments, and payment systems.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing across a variety of fintech solutions, including but not limited to banking applications, investment tools, and digital payment platforms.
- Identify and document areas where users may face friction, confusion, or unclear financial data presentation, ensuring all findings are communicated clearly and constructively.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to provide actionable recommendations aimed at optimizing user journeys, financial information clarity, and overall application usability.
- Perform heuristic evaluations and in-depth user flow analysis to proactively uncover potential barriers to user understanding and engagement.
- Prepare and deliver detailed daily or weekly reports highlighting key UX insights and strategic suggestions to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven attention to detail and a solid grasp of user experience principles, specifically related to financial technology and digital finance services.
- Demonstrated proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a working knowledge of common financial concepts and digital product ecosystems.
- Previous experience in UX review, usability testing, or product QA within the fintech sector is strongly preferred.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to both desktop and mobile devices to ensure thorough product evaluation.
- Empathy for users’ financial journeys and the ability to translate user challenges into meaningful, actionable design feedback.
