UX Analyst – Fintech Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated UX Analyst – Fintech to join our remote QA team. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive user experience analysis on fintech applications, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data sources to gain deep insights into user behavior.
- Identify complex usability challenges, inconsistencies in financial transaction flows, and specific areas where users may encounter frustration or confusion.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations that clearly outline findings, supported by robust data analytics and actionable user insights.
- Work collaboratively with product, design, and development teams to ensure that UX feedback is translated into effective, user-centered solutions that enhance product usability and engagement.
- Advocate for user-focused design improvements, ensuring that solutions align with industry best practices and contribute to a positive user experience within fintech products.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with a thorough understanding of user experience methodologies specific to the fintech industry.
- Proficiency with remote analysis tools, such as usability testing software and analytics platforms, and experience interpreting and presenting user behavior data.
- Demonstrated experience in UX analysis, user research, or product management within financial services or fintech environments.
