- Deliver detailed feedback and actionable recommendations to design and product teams, helping to simplify processes and enhance user comprehension.
- Evaluate the consistency and clarity of information presented across different devices and platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on a daily or weekly basis, detailing usability findings and proposing improvements specific to financial applications.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong intuitive grasp of user behavior in financial technology environments.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and a solid understanding of common financial applications and digital services.
- Previous experience in UX testing, usability analysis, or quality assurance within the financial sector is highly valued.
