Financial Advisor Support Specialist - Summary- Key team member supporting Financial Advisors with operational and transition activities.
- Participate in a structured training program for role mastery and professional growth.

- Conduct detailed research to address complex or escalated issues, providing well-documented and actionable solutions.
- Identify trends or recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall advisor experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company systems, operational processes, and a broad range of financial products.
- Support adherence to regulatory requirements and operational standards to maintain compliance.
- Assist in resolving compliance-related inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
