This position requires at least two years of experience in financial services operations or within a broker-dealer environment. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and previous call center experience are also necessary qualifications. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, with additional consideration given to candidates with four or more years of brokerage experience.
