- Engage with prospective clients by working leads, conducting appointments, assessing individual needs, and recommending suitable financial products and services.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice, leveraging FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses (or a willingness to obtain these credentials with agency support).
- Conduct regular financial reviews with clients to ensure their financial strategies and product selections align with their evolving needs and goals.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, financial plans, and product recommendations in accordance with industry regulations and agency policies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product knowledge to provide clients with current and relevant advice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to obtain relevant licenses, including FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65, if not already held.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills essential to success in the financial services sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to diverse clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach to service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is preferred.
