- Obtain and maintain necessary licenses for selling securities and investment products, supporting clients with wealth management and advanced financial planning needs.

- Participate in ongoing professional development through the New York Life training curriculum to enhance your knowledge and skills as a Financial Advisor.
- Engage in community outreach and networking activities to strengthen your personal brand and establish a presence within the area.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent professional business experience.
- Previous experience in sales and a demonstrated growth mindset are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Unwavering integrity and strong ethical standards in all professional interactions.
- Sound business acumen and the ability to leverage professional and personal networks to identify and engage potential clients.

- Licensing for selling insurance and/or securities is preferred but not required at entry; support is provided for obtaining necessary credentials.
