Responsibilities- Establish and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients to understand their unique financial needs and objectives.
- Collect and analyze client information to create detailed, personalized financial plans that address wealth management, retirement planning, and investment strategies.
- Advise clients on strategies for retirement planning, helping them prepare for a secure financial future.
- Prepare and review investment portfolio recommendations, ensuring they align with clients’ stated goals and risk tolerance.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and education to remain current with industry regulations, products, and best practices.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced Financial Advisors and participate in joint work to support team and client success.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in an accessible manner.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
- Previous experience in sales, networking, or client acquisition is advantageous but not required.
Prudential Advisors provides a structured Career Development Program (CDP) to guide new Financial Advisors through the process of obtaining necessary FINRA and state licenses. All licensing fees and exam materials from approved vendors are covered by the company, ensuring you have the support and resources needed to succeed. Compensation and BenefitsFinancial Advisors begin their careers with compensation during the training phase, transitioning to a commission and bonus-based structure upon successful completion of the program. Eligible Financial Advisors may enroll in comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) plans, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for themselves and eligible dependents, as well as paid leave, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions.
