Key Responsibilities Qualifications Licensing and Training

All candidates selected for the Financial Advisor position will undergo the Career Development Program, which includes comprehensive support to obtain the required FINRA and resident state licenses. Prudential Advisors covers the cost of fees and exam study materials from approved vendors. The structured training program ensures you are well-prepared to meet licensing requirements and excel in your new role.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for the Financial Advisor position begins with a competitive hourly wage during the initial training phase. Upon successful completion of the development program, full-time Financial Advisors transition to a commission and bonus-based compensation structure, with average first-year earnings ranging from $50,000 to $75,000. Eligible employees may also enroll in company-sponsored benefit plans, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, as well as paid leave for themselves and eligible dependents, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
