Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring their financial needs are understood and addressed with tailored solutions.
- Gather and analyze client information to build robust financial plans that align with their goals and objectives.
- Guide clients in preparing for retirement, offering strategic advice and support throughout their planning process.
- Prepare and review investment portfolio recommendations, providing clients with informed options to help grow and protect their wealth.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs designed to enhance your expertise as a Financial Advisor.
- Collaborate within a team environment, taking part in joint work and leveraging collective experience to benefit your clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

- Prior experience in sales, networking, or business development is a plus, though not required.
- Minimum education requirement: high school diploma or GED equivalent. A college degree or equivalent work/life experience is preferred.
All candidates selected for the Financial Advisor position will undergo the Career Development Program, which includes comprehensive support to obtain the required FINRA and resident state licenses. Prudential Advisors covers the cost of fees and exam study materials from approved vendors. The structured training program ensures you are well-prepared to meet licensing requirements and excel in your new role.
Compensation and BenefitsCompensation for the Financial Advisor position begins with a competitive hourly wage during the initial training phase. Upon successful completion of the development program, full-time Financial Advisors transition to a commission and bonus-based compensation structure, with average first-year earnings ranging from $50,000 to $75,000. Eligible employees may also enroll in company-sponsored benefit plans, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, as well as paid leave for themselves and eligible dependents, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
