Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to understand their unique financial needs and objectives.
- Gather and analyze client information to create robust, tailored financial plans that address short- and long-term goals.
- Provide guidance on retirement planning, investment strategies, and portfolio management to help clients achieve financial security.
- Prepare and review investment portfolio recommendations based on thorough analysis and client objectives.
- Collaborate with a team of Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional client service and achieve collective goals.
- Stay informed about financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance industry knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to succeed in a client-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients and explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, networking, or customer service is a plus.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and staying informed about industry best practices.
- College degree or equivalent work/life experience required; minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Training and Support
- Comprehensive training program to help you obtain required FINRA and resident state licenses, with study materials and exam fees covered by the company.

Compensation and Benefits
- Initial compensation during training is hourly, with the opportunity to transition to a commission and bonus-based structure upon becoming a Financial Professional Associate (FPA).
- Eligible FPAs may participate in a 401(k) plan, as well as company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for themselves and eligible dependents.
- Paid leave is available to eligible employees, subject to company policy.
