Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary district contact for life insurance and financial services inquiries, delivering expert support and guidance to agents and clients.
- Participate in all district gatherings and training sessions to stay informed of the latest industry trends and company updates.
- Conduct personalized one-on-one sales sessions with assigned agencies, contributing to shared commission opportunities based on individual and team performance.
- Collaborate closely with agency staff to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide education on life insurance products.
- Set, pursue, and achieve monthly life premium and income targets, consistently reporting progress and insights to the district team.
- Maintain regular contact with a minimum number of agents each week to ensure effective communication and support.
- Participate in weekly staff update meetings to align on goals, share achievements, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid state life and health insurance license with the appropriate variable authority.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing sales role within life insurance or financial services.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check as required for regulatory compliance.
