This position requires an active Series 65, 6, and/or 63 license and welcomes candidates with Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or a willingness to obtain them. Experience in financial services, investment sales, insurance sales, or wealth management will ensure greater success in this role. Financial Advisor - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver financial services guidance, including retirement planning, investment solutions, and insurance-based strategies
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and recommend suitable products and strategies
- Cross-sell financial and insurance services to existing clients
- Generate new business through active referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Perform regular policy reviews, account assessments, and financial planning discussions
- Ensure compliance with all FINRA and state insurance regulations
- Consistently meet or exceed production, sales, and revenue objectives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Series 65, 6, and/or 63 license required
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred or willingness to obtain
- Experience in financial services, investment sales, insurance sales, or wealth management preferred
