Finance Manager (CPA) - Summary- Lead and manage all aspects of US accounting and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closes
- Serve as the technical accounting and revenue recognition lead
- Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP system enhancements
- Oversee a team of 24 accountants
- Collaborate on strategic finance initiatives within a shared services model
- Oversee accounting operations, including maintenance of accounting systems, policies, and procedures
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Manage compliance with IFRS, GAM, and corporate financial policies
- Act as the technical leader for accounting guidance and revenue recognition, especially in gross to net revenue accounting
- Develop and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial operations
- Collaborate with IT and business partners to drive ERP (Oracle) enhancements
- Provide coaching, development, and leadership to accounting staff
- Prepare and review complex financial analyses for business leadership
- Coordinate with global business services or shared services teams as needed

- Minimum 8 years of experience in progressive accounting roles
- At least 5 years of gross to net revenue accounting experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years of experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience working in or with global business services (GBS) or shared services environments
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) credential required
- Strong technical accounting background with expertise in revenue recognition
- Experienced leader capable of managing, mentoring, and developing large teams
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and process excellence
- Effective communicator able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Adaptable and proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements
