- Minimum of 2 years experience in low-voltage installation and service (or Technician I equivalent)
- Proficiency in at least five technical areas: Voice, Data, Fire Alarm, Fiber, Burg Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Digital Signage, Access Points, Networking
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as an onsite project lead
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in ceilings/overhead, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Willingness and flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work hours
- Experienced in field-based low-voltage installation and service environments
- Demonstrates leadership and mentorship skills in technical settings
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
