Field Service Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate field service teams during installation and service projects
- Conduct or support site surveys to assess technical requirements for installations/upgrades
- Develop project scopes, schedules, resource requirements, and implementation plans
- Oversee the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and break/fix activities in the field
- Serve as the primary contact for all project-related field activities and customer communication
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during all field operations
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all field service projects

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field services, field engineering, or technology installations
- Proven project management experience in technology deployments, repairs, and upgrades
- Strong understanding of field technology, networking, telecommunications, or low-voltage systems
- Demonstrated experience coordinating technicians, contractors, vendors, or other field resources
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer-service skills
