Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Summary
- Serve as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) delivering evidence-based care

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to clinical staff, including delivering evidence-based educational lectures and participating in in-service training for team members
- Diagnose and manage patients experiencing common acute conditions, chronic illnesses, and minor trauma in accordance with established protocols and clinical practice guidelines
- Promote preventive health care and wellness by conducting annual physicals, encouraging positive health behaviors, and offering individualized patient education and counseling
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and their families to ensure optimal care and patient outcomes
- Identify conditions requiring isolation precautions and ensure universal precautions are strictly followed during all patient encounters
- Participate actively in staff meetings to support case discussion, continuing medical education, and ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Ability to successfully complete a NACI background check
- US citizenship required
