Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FM-OB) OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FM-OB) for a full-time opportunity with a leading healthcare provider in Arizona. This position offers the chance to practice comprehensive family medicine with an obstetrics focus in a supportive, established clinic environment that has served the community for over four decades. The role is ideal for experienced physicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients across all life stages, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services.
Responsibilities- Provide full-spectrum family medicine care, including outpatient, preventive, and acute care for patients of all ages.
- Deliver obstetric care, encompassing prenatal visits, deliveries, and postpartum follow-up for expectant mothers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinic operations.
- Engage in patient education and counseling to promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program with additional training or experience in obstetrics.
- Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Arizona.
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a diverse outpatient and obstetric setting.
