Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care, including physical exams, well-woman exams, and chronic disease management for patients aged 3 and older.
- Provide acute care, wellness visits, and preventive health coaching tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform minor procedures and oversee ongoing patient management in coordination with a multidisciplinary clinic team.
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and administrative staff to create a positive and efficient healthcare experience.
- Utilize on-site dispensary and laboratory services to support patient care, with no requirements for X-ray interpretation.
- Participate in regular provider meetings to foster professional development and maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge.
- Maintain accurate medical records while benefiting from built-in administrative time, resulting in less time spent on ICD-10 coding and paperwork.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Competency in performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control methods.
- Experience with minor procedures preferred.
- Open to both experienced physicians and those who have recently completed residency training.
