We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a reputable, physician-owned family practice. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to individuals and families, utilizing both in-person and telehealth modalities. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough office visits for patients across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to provide virtual consultations and follow-up care as appropriate to enhance patient access and convenience.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records in compliance with regulatory and practice standards.
- Participate in preventive care, health education, and screening initiatives to promote wellness within the patient population.
- For interested and qualified candidates, provide obstetric care, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in family medicine and best practices in patient care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
- Active and unrestricted state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- At least three years of experience in a family medicine setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care and patient advocacy.
- Experience or interest in providing obstetric care is a plus for candidates with appropriate training.
