Family Medicine Physician (FM) / Internal Medicine Physician (IM) Job OverviewWe are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician (FM) or Internal Medicine Physician (IM) to join our dynamic and collaborative primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated physician to contribute to a thriving practice located in Baltimore, MD. Both full-time and part-time employment types are available, providing flexibility for candidates seeking different work structures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, delivering preventive, acute, and chronic disease management services.
- Participate in collaborative clinical decision-making with fellow physicians to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Engage in shared financial and administrative responsibilities, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the practice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Coordinate patient care with specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers as needed to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice meetings to continually enhance patient outcomes.
- Stay current with advances in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine by participating in ongoing education and professional development.
- Board certification in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) is required.
- Current valid medical license to practice as a physician in the state of Maryland.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively within a physician-led team.
